Customer Intelligence: Life Events
Customer Intelligence gives you something you’ve never had: enriched customer data to act based on significant moments that happen throughout each customer’s life. Until now, that’s been limited to events with clear and defined customer actions: they listed a property on the MLS, had their credit pulled by a lender, reached an equity threshold, or qualified for a better rate.
But now, thanks to ongoing data enrichment that combines your contact data and publicly available data, we’re able to inform you when a contact reaches a significant life milestone that doesn’t correlate with a specific financial decision. For example, when someone becomes a new parent, they may have multiple choices to make that could impact their financial situation (move to a specific school district, renovate/expand their house, start an education fund, etc.), but which one is the highest priority will depend on the individual needs of that consumer. Our solution flags these insights and provides you the opportunity to reach out, start a conversation, and offer advice, content, or specific products and services related to the customer’s life journey. Total Expert is the only platform purpose-built for financial institutions that combines these dynamic data insights with the tools to take immediate action.

DirectMailers integration now available!
DirectMailers is the preferred vendor for Firm Offer of Credit (FOC) delivery. The partnership between DirectMailers and Total Expert enables mutual customers to initiate FOCs for their customers directly in Total Expert. In addition, the integration enables seamless data sharing between the two platforms including the dates mailer sent, dates of mailers sent/delivered, and a QR code encouraging the recipient to click to dial.

Sales Productivity and Marketing Automation
- Debt-to-income ratios added as a filter on contact lists
- Property State filter added to the Lead Workflow Engine
- Zip Code filter added to the Lead Workflow Engine
- Lead Capture app responses can now be filtered on contact lists
- Closing Date and Listing Date contact fields now visible/editable in the new contact details page
Advanced Lead Management: Contact Ownership and Preservation
Total Expert’s Advanced Lead Management (ALM) solution enables lenders to deliver the right leads to the right loan officers at the right time, boosting productivity and efficiency. To better solve the needs of retail lenders, ALM now includes the capability to assign and create contacts after distribution. This means Total Expert will first create a lead record and distribute it, then create or match it with the corresponding contact so that loan officers will retain ownership outright instead of sharing it across multiple owners.
