Our 2024 Summer Platform Release adds new, purpose-built functionality and enhanced integrations that provide deeper data insights, enrich your contact records, and deliver the perfect financial journey.
Life Events (general availability)
Customer Intelligence Life Events are now in general availability for organizations looking to build deeper relationships with their customers or members. Life Events inform your teams when a contact experiences a major life milestone such as getting married or becoming a parent.
These automated insights help build enriched contact profiles and provide greater context for your contacts’ motivations around major financial decisions. That data will now automatically attach to each contact record, allowing you to create targeted contact lists based on Life Events attributes.
Now, you can filter and sort contact profiles to quickly identify segments within your database that recently got married, became parents, changed jobs, moved, reached retirement age, and more.
Mobile app + two-way SMS
Our beta users for the mobile app continue to provide valuable feedback as we roll out the ability to create contacts directly in the app and provide two-way SMS capabilities. Stay tuned as we get closer to the general release!

Available in Q1, the Rate Alert for Customer Intelligence users enhances the way you leverage your data by identifying customers who can benefit from the current interest rate. Total Expert Customer Intelligence now includes four powerful alerts (Mortgage Credit Inquiry Alert, Listing Alert, Equity Alert, and Rate Alert) that lenders can use to automatically surface new deals from your existing database.
