Our 2025 Winter Platform Release aims to help lenders and loan officers maximize the expected rate drops in 2025 by using new Customer Intelligence features to identify, prioritize, and engage customers based on their current mortgage rate. We’ve also added new features to our Engage SMS messaging tool to make staying in touch with busy contacts even easier.

Enriched rate data in contact records

Add new insights to your contact records with Rate Enrichment Data that allows you engage customers in timely, relevant conversations about their refi options. 

  • Quickly view rate data in the main contact list, or filter contacts by specific rate criteria, to identify every contact that could benefit from a refi.  
  • Set Rate Alert thresholds by loan type (VA, Jumbo, etc.) 
  • Calculate monthly savings over 3, 5, and 10 years 
  • Make Product Pricing Engine (PPE) requests directly in the contact record, then share the estimates directly with customers*. 
  • View Rate Enrichment fields in Email Builder to add dynamic personalization in any email*.

Ensure that your contacts get the service and support they need, while remaining compliant. If a contact calls your dedicated Engage SMS number, they’ll receive an automated response directing them to your primary phone line.

Streamlined contact list navigation

Easily navigate to the next or the previous contact within in a saved list without returning to the main list or opening contacts in multiple tabs.

Self-service reporting for contacts

A new set of on-demand, self-service reports allows Total Expert admins to pull contact data for initiatives around contact ownership and contact clean-up.
