But MAXA Design Center allows designers and administrators to lock down specific layers within each template, including text boxes, logos, fonts, colors, imagery, disclaimers, licensing, and more to keep your end users from going rogue when creating collateral.
Multiple locking options are available to give you greater control over what content other users can modify.
- Red lock: The element is locked from users and can only be edited or unlocked by platform administrators.
- Gray lock: The element is locked to keep things simple, but the user can still unlock and modify it.
- Yellow lock: Text box elements can be set to alert the user to change the placeholder text on the template.
- Purple lock: The element can be edited, moved, or resized but cannot be deleted from the template.
