After months of research, Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. selected Total Expert as its technology partner, scoring the platform atop its data-backed RFP evaluation process

According to Prime Res, after evaluating more than 20 CRM vendors Total Expert emerged as the clear choice for the top-30 mortgage lender’s enterprise customer engagement solution.
