G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace, recently released its Winter 2022 Reports, and Total Expert earned coveted positions in the Loan Software, Marketing Automation Software, Mortgage CRM, and Financial Services CRM categories.
Of all the recognition we’ve gotten in the last year, this one means the most. Why? Because G2 rankings are based entirely on customer reviews. We’ve long relied on customer feedback to guide product development, and we’re delighted to see that our efforts are resonating.
How G2 Rankings Work
Total Expert outshone competitors in two categories: Loan Software and Mortgage CRM, where we earned recognition as a “Leader.”
In two other categories, Financial Services CRM and Marketing Automation Software, we achieved the status of “High Performer.”
The rankings are based on reviews from verified customer users, which G2’s research team compares with reviews from the users of competing platforms.
Among the features evaluated were ease of use, quality of support, ease of setup, likelihood of a user to recommend the platform, and whether the user thinks the product is going in the right direction.
Of particular note: we were honored and humbled to learn that more than 90% of our customers would recommend us.
