Week 1: Welcome to Eagle Eye Bootcamp

Let’s warm up. In order to set you up for maximum gains during Bootcamp, we first need to make sure that your profile is all set up. Start by completing these few steps:

Contact your regional marketing coordinator if you notice any of your information is incorrect.

Review your notification settings and turn on any notifications you wish to receive.

Review the available integrations by clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting integration settings. Connect the accounts you want synced up in the platform.

Week 2: Building Power Partnerships

The ability to co-market is a huge benefit for you and your real estate agents and builders. This week, you will learn how to get the word out to all your current partners as well as those you’d like to do business with.

Grab your list and send at least five co-marketing invitations today – this should be a mix of current and target partners.

Check on the status of your co-marketing partner invitations and send a follow up to partners who have not yet connected.

Week 3: Focus on Efficiency

Are you tired of trying to figure out how to focus your time and resources? Good news, this week you are going to learn how to leverage the automation of Focused View and how to best utilize the Daily Digest.

Go into this morning’s Daily Digest email and take two actions based on the information you see.

Log in to Focused View through the Daily Digest or by logging in to the platform and navigating to your Leads & Contacts. Follow up with your leads by logging an outcome in Focused View.

Week 4: Whoa, you’re halfway there!

How are you using Social Media today to boost your brand? This week, we are going to learn all about how to use Social Media to expand your reach, engage your network, and enhance your online presence. Get ready to get social – and don’t forget to add #TFSB or #TheFederalSavingsBank to the end of your posts!

Schedule four social media posts for the next month and post across all your business related Social Media channels.

Create a Single Property Website for one of your partners listings and post your SPS across all your business related Social Media channels.

Week 5: Create WOW!

This week we are going to show you how you can distinguish yourself from the competition by utilizing easy, modern tools such as Lead Capture Apps and personalized Infographics. You will elevate your borrower experience and convert more leads.

Create one co-branded open house LCA and share with your real estate agent partner OR if you have an upcoming event, create a single-branded event registration LCA and share to Social Media.

Create a co-branded infographic and send for a new listing and send the PDF to your real estate agent partner.

Week 6: You’re on the home stretch!

Congrats! You have officially made it to the final week of Eagle Eye Bootcamp. For this last week, we want to make sure you know where to go if you ever have any questions (or need a little refresher) in the future!
