What are Ask the Expert sessions?

Ask the Expert sessions are 45-minute, 1:1 consultations available to customers on Monday, June 13 of Accelerate 2022. Bring your burning questions, whether you’re stuck on a process or have a best practice question you’d like to talk through with an expert!

  • Accelerate registrants can sign up to meet with an expert in Professional Services, Training, Customer Success and Engagement, Technical Account Management, Support, or Data Engineering. 
  • Sessions are first-come, first-served with a limited number of time slots available.
  • Pick the department you want to meet with and the time slot that works best for you.

Professional Services

Total Expert Professional Services has perfected comprehensive implementations to support our customers. You’ll meet with one of our professional services executives who can answer questions about your onboarding, as well as provide best practices for configuration and data synchronization. 

Training

Get hands-on training from one of our software training consultants. Need to brush up on campaigns and Journeys? Have questions on how specific features work? Come ready to learn from the best with Total Expert Training.

Customer Success & Engagement

The Customer Success and Engagement team is ready to support you in your end-user adoption efforts. Need to brainstorm how to get loan officers more engaged with Total Expert? Have a new marketing admin who needs to get up to speed quickly? This team is ready to help!

Technical Account Management

The TAM team is a results-driven team, seeking to understand what you’re trying to accomplish and identify ways for you to leverage the platform to achieve those results! If you’re looking for a meaningful discussion around configuration and best practices, then we are here for you!

Support

Total Expert Support provides multi-channel support through chat, email, and phone and consistently receives high marks for their technical ability and responsiveness. Have questions about how to use functions within the platform? Meet with one of our technical support engineers to get all of your “how to” questions answered.

Data Engineering

The Total Expert Data Engineering team provides reporting and analytics to our customers through a combination of custom reports, standard reports and the soon to be released in-platform report builder. Meet with a member of our Data Engineering team to answer your reporting and analytics questions!
